About the role

Rothschild & Co is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join its Global Procurement team, with a focus on third-party risk management (TPRM). In this role, you will support the onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring of suppliers across Switzerland, Germany, and the wider EMEA region.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and external partners to ensure efficient, compliant, and well-documented vendor management processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end third-party due diligence and onboarding processes
  • Conduct screening checks, risk assessments, and review supplier documentation
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve findings and ensure timely approvals
  • Monitor periodic reviews and ongoing vendor compliance
  • Identify and escalate risks or non-compliance issues
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready third-party data and documentation
  • Support supplier offboarding and lifecycle management
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, and business teams

Your profile

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or third-party risk
  • Experience in data management and regulatory or control-driven environments
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Skills Required

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or third-party risk
  • Experience in data management and regulatory or control-driven environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
