As a Procurement & Sourcing Analyst, you will support the evolution of our procurement operations from reactive to strategic. You’ll manage vendor relationships, place orders, drive sourcing initiatives, and champion automation within NetSuite. With a strong foundation in Excel and a data-first approach, you’ll help build scalable procurement processes, SOPs, and forecasting models that support our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day purchasing: place orders, request quotes, negotiate pricing, and track deliveries
• Collaborate with current and new vendors to ensure supply continuity, cost savings, and service improvements
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based partnerships with both new and existing vendors to support long-term business needs
• Support inventory planning, budgeting, and forecasting using data-driven insights
• Create and maintain procurement SOPs and process documentation
• Identify manual procurement/reporting tasks and partner with NetSuite teams to automate them
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel and NetSuite to inform business decisions
• Partner closely with inventory, finance, and warehouse teams to align procurement strategies with company goals
• Monitor procurement KPIs and identify opportunities to optimize cost, speed, and quality
• Leverage your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with global and local vendors

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or inventory management
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable procurement strategies
• Experience with inventory processes, budgeting, and material forecasting
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
