You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to review procurement processes, identify risk areas, and implement practical solutions that align with compliance, cost control, and operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assess procurement processes and vendor governance across key indirect spend categories; identify risks and propose targeted improvement plans.

  • Conduct and deliver supplier compliance reviews, vendor due diligence, and onsite inspections as needed.

  • Develop cost analysis models and evaluate price benchmarks to identify sourcing and savings opportunities.

  • Draft, implement, and refine internal procurement policies, SOPs, and risk control standards.

  • Act as an advisor to internal stakeholders on procurement risk, supplier management, and compliance issues.

  • Support and lead procurement-related audits, collaborate with internal audit and legal teams on risk mitigation and improvement tracking.

  • Drive procurement risk awareness and control education through internal training sessions and policy workshops.

  • Monitor market and regulatory developments relevant to procurement compliance and incorporate findings into internal frameworks.

Who We Look For
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline. Procurement or audit certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CERM) are preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement risk, compliance, internal control, or external audit, with a strong track record in managing indirect procurement categories (marketing, HR, services, etc.).
  • Experience in procurement risk advisory or audit within a Big 4 or professional consulting firm is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of procurement operations, cost control models, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Familiar with corporate risk management frameworks; COSO experience preferred.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese Mandarin to engage with stakeholders and prepare bilingual reports.
