At CFA Institute, we’re looking for a Procurement Operations Coordinator to play a key role in enhancing how our procurement function operates—bringing together data, systems, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver greater efficiency, transparency, and value across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reports, providing insights on spend, performance, and process efficiency
Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
Support the optimization of procurement processes, helping to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness
Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure data accuracy and system effectiveness
Act as a key point of contact for procurement-related queries, offering guidance on processes, policies, and tools
Support vendor performance tracking and reporting, contributing to data-driven supplier management
Assist with system enhancements, testing, and user adoption of procurement tools and platforms
Enable better decision-making by translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
What We’re Looking For
Experience in procurement, operations, finance, data analysis, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
Advanced Excel capabilities (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, data transformation) and/or experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Understanding of reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and data validation practices
Familiarity with procurement or financial systems (e.g., P2P, S2P, ERP, or CLM platforms) is advantageous
Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Adaptable and curious, with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas in a collaborative environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
