Our Procurement function plays a critical role in ensuring we source high-quality goods and services, manage vendor partnerships effectively, and support operational and financial performance across all locations.

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and process-driven Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management efforts across a multi-location environment. This role will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies, optimizing vendor relationships, and implementing scalable processes that support our continued growth.

You will partner closely with Operations, Finance, and Accounts Payable to ensure cost-effective purchasing, strong contract management, and alignment between procurement activities and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management

  • Lead sourcing initiatives, including identifying, evaluating, and selecting vendors to ensure optimal quality, cost, and service levels 
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, serving as a key point of contact for performance management and issue resolution 
  • Implement supplier diversification strategies to mitigate risk and ensure continuity of supply 

Contract Management & Compliance

  • Negotiate vendor agreements, pricing, and terms to drive value and protect company interests 
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal standards and internal policies 
  • Maintain visibility into contract terms, renewals, and performance obligations 

Procurement Operations & Process Improvement

  • Develop, implement, and standardize procurement policies and procedures across all locations 
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency in purchasing processes 
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement workflows with operational needs 

Financial Oversight & Cost Management

  • Conduct spend analysis and monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities 
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes related to procurement categories 
  • Partner with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing and resolution of discrepancies 

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and A/P to ensure alignment on vendor setup, pricing, and purchasing practices 
  • Support integration efforts for newly acquired locations, including vendor consolidation and process alignment 
  • Provide insights and reporting on procurement performance, vendor metrics, and cost trends 
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in a multi-location or high-growth environment 
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, including advanced Excel skills; experience with procurement or ERP systems preferred 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred 
  • Core Competencies: 
    • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills 
    • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies 
    • Effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams 
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and scalability

The pay ranges outlined below are presented in accordance with state-specific regulations. These ranges may differ in other areas and could be subject to variation based on regulatory minimum wage requirements. Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience
