Context

TBSS is a Thales Shared services created in 2017 supporting Procurement and Finance activities. 3 process are covered: Procure To Pay process, Order To Cash and Report to Record process. TBSS is ~ 150 employees companies localized in Portugal, close to Lisbon. Our entity is delivering services for the benefits of our geographies and businesses on the 3 processes.

Regarding procurement, the activities are

- Tactical buyers activities for entities of DGDI Europe and Netherlands (DIS businesses not

included)

- Management of the supplier master data for all entities of DGDI Europe (DIS included) and

Netherlands and Germany

The team of procurement is ~15 people split between tactical buyers and local administrators. The procurement ambition is to support more efficiently our current geographies and business and to grow by delivering more services and increasing geographies and businesses covered

General Description and Missions

The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading a team of Tactical Buyers and Local Administrators. He is ensuring Tactical buyers’ activities are managed in respect with all the legal rules and Thales process, as the Local administrator’s activities in respect with Thales rules.
