As a Procurement Manager within our Network Infrastructure Business Unit, you will play a key role in driving strategic procurement activities that support business objectives and supply chain excellence. You will review supplier quotations and purchase requisitions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and value, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to negotiate optimal commercial outcomes. You will create and manage purchase orders, maintain strong supplier relationships, and coordinate closely with Finance and internal teams to ensure timely goods receipt, invoice processing, and payments. By executing sourcing and procurement activities aligned with the category strategy, you will help optimize cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performance while contributing to a resilient and efficient supply chain.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, onboarding, purchasing, evaluation, and supplier relationship management.
- Manage SAP Ariba supplier onboarding, registration, qualification, and master-data processes.
- Ensure suppliers complete all required documentation, compliance checks, and onboarding requirements.
- Review Purchase Requisitions (PRs), validate quotations and spend against procurement policies, and confirm contracts are in place based on applicable spend thresholds.
- Create and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and promptly, ensuring delivery details and relevant stakeholder and supplier information are included.
- Monitor supplier PO acknowledgements, order confirmations, delivery commitments, and changes, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support supplier invoicing and Goods Receipt (GR) processes in collaboration with Finance and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Finance, and suppliers to resolve invoice, payment, and procurement-related issues.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance, including delivery timelines, quality, pricing, service levels, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain procurement SOPs, controls, process documentation, and best practices for SAP Ariba and ERP activities.
You have:
- Identify and implement process improvements focused on procurement efficiency, automation, compliance, and cost savings.
- Prepare procurement reports and KPIs covering supplier onboarding, PO management, procurement performance, and savings.
- Maintain accurate supplier information in collaboration with the Master Data team and manage the FAB/ATP Sourcing team’s Savings Tracker.
