The Dream JobAs Procurement Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of Dream’s global procurement strategy, policies, processes, and systems. In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll oversee the full Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.
Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, IT, Security, and other business units, you’ll build scalable procurement practices that improve visibility, strengthen governance, and support informed purchasing decisions. This is an opportunity for an experienced procurement leader who combines strong commercial judgment and technology-market expertise with excellent negotiation, project management, and relationship-building skills.
The Dream-Maker Responsibilities- Build Procurement strategy; procurement policy, process, and guidelines
- Lead Procurement system tool implementation - planning and execution of integration with ERP system (NetSuite)
- Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, including budgeting, sourcing, negotiation, vendor management, contracting, and cost reduction initiatives
- Lead contracts and negotiations with vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, IT, Security etc.
- Effectively manage day-to-day vendor relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery to relevant departments
- Provide spending insights and metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Train internal stakeholders on the procurement policies, processes, and systems
- Handle ad-hoc contracting requests, manage renewals, and monitor contracting needs
- 8+ years of experience in a relevant global Procurement Management role. Focus on the procurement of multiple software solutions.
- Experience in procurement processes, set up and implementation of procurement tools (Zip + NetSuite integration – advantage)
- Experience in HW procurement and Framework agreement with OEM.
- Proven track record in developing global strategies, aligned with the company's goals
- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing relationships with suppliers worldwide. Deep knowledge of the tech market vendors
- Development of procurement metrics and KPIs
- Exceptional project management skills and documentation abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance immediate and long-term priorities
- Proficiency in English and Hebrew, balancing global and local requirements effectively
