Key Responsibilities
- To review and update Procurement process on regular basis and to ensure that the process is adhered to.
- To review spend for the affiliate, category and department wise.
- To release RFPs as and when required and support Business with Right Vendor
- selection.
- To ensure Contract Compliance.
- To define vendor KPIs and SLAs, as applicable.
- To ensure right Vendor selection after proper due diligence on risk and rates.
- Risk and compliance management.
- To support business in negotiating and onboarding vendors.
- Training affiliate on regular basis on policy and procedures.
- To support auditors with required data.
- To maintain contracts and other related documents in central data.
- Dashboards to be created and shared with Management on Monthly basis.
- Vendor Optimization Project, Strategic Sourcing Projects etc to be managed to support business.
- KPIs related to monthly savings, internal audits and compliance, TAT management, etc to be maintained as per Company's requirement.
- Ensuring Technology is utilized in our Procurement strategy by driving use of Ariba Catalogs and Guided Buying content in purchase of goods & services.
- Ensure Risk Assessment process is followed for Vendors the site interacts with.
- Drive usage of E-Invoicing with Supplier base and assist in resolving invoicing issues
- Use E-procurement tools in line with procurement strategies
- Maintain procurement documentation.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s level degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or any similar field
- Atleast 7+ years experience in Pharma manufacturing procurement role.
- Previous supply chain, manufacturing, and/or procurement experience.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating and drafting supplies and services contracts.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize responsibilities, and be action oriented.
- Independent decision maker with ability to influence diverse groups, both internally and externally.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, any other automation tools is preferred. Past SAP/Ariba experience would be a preference
- Strong teamwork, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated learning agility and ability/willingness to adapt to continual change within a multinational environment.
Job is based onsite in LCCI Hyderabad and the incumbent will need to based at the office for most days of the week.
