MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Procurement Team in eProcurement system management
- Analyze master data to identify gaps and opportunities to update
- Collaborate with the Procurement team and supply base to solicit required data
- Update current process (instructions, procedures)
- Supply chain communications with suppliers
- ERP system and eProcurement system setup and updates
- Special projects identified to support the Procurement Team specifically related to:
- JDE Supplier Address Book master data cleanup / update
- JDE Item Branch master data cleanup / update
- eProcurment systems setup, analysis and supplier solicitations
