Key Accountabilities
- Data accuracy & authenticity for Balance Score Card reporting. Timely production of reports
- Development of new Analytics & Business Intelligence techniques
- Supplier Relationship Management Process & Policy improvement
- Timely & efficient processing of supplier registration requests
- Introduction of SRM techniques. Coordination with strategic suppliers, BU and Sourcing for SRM
- Development of reports/analysis to help manage suppliers in a better way
- Effective monitoring of departmental budget
- Involvement of Business Units in Supplier Performance Evaluation
- Timely completion of Supplier Performance Evaluation
- Implementation of Process changes through ERP. Vendor Master Data Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering required
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years Procurement Operations
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of Supplier Relationship Management
- Minimum of (2) two years of business intelligence and data management
- Good working knowledge telecom Procurement & SCM on both the Technical and Commercial Side
Skills:
- Must have strong analytical, project management, and consulting skills,
- Must demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word); ERP/OBI/ARIS systems experience is a plus.
Skills Required
