The Boeing Company is seeking a dynamic Procurement Finance Analyst Manager located in Seattle, WA.
As a part of the Boing Global Services- Commercial team (BGS-C), you would provide negotiation support for the procurement of goods and services (i.e. Spare Parts, Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO), etc.) by conducting cost/price analysis of supplier proposals. In addition, you would also review purchasing systems and shape contracting strategy in order to improve BGS-C material cost affordability. This role will also coordinate closely with Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Procurement Finance Analysts and Supplier Management.
This position will report to the Procurement Finance Analyst (PFA) Senior Manager and supervise approximately 13 individual contributors.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of cost/price analysis professionals
- Develop and motivate employees
- Develop and maintain relationships/partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes for complex cost/price analyses
- Provide oversight and direct support of supplier and customer negotiations
- Lead process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory agency requirements
- Provide support for travel if needed

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in finance and procurement
- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership."
- Ability to travel up to 25% both domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience either leading or executing continuous improvement projects
- 3+ years of experience working with large cross-functional teams and interfacing and presenting to senior management
- 5+ years of experience leading high value procurements or teams that are comprised of procurement agents, estimators, and/or procurement financial analysts

Summary Pay Range: $133,450 - $180,550
