MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Will be responsible of expense requests and contracts status:
- Will be working with individual team members to get all the information needed for the specific request
- Will submit Expense Requests in the system making sure all the documents and data is correct
- Will be working with different teams such as Procurement, Contracts and Legal to have contracts signed on time.
- Responsible for invoice compliance
- He/She will be an expert on the team and source of reference for other members of the Products, Payments and Operations funding team.
- He/She will coordinate and build relationships with external teams and internal financial stewards to ensure a seamless funding process.
EXPERIENCE
- 2-5 years of experience in Finance Preferably.
KNOWLEDGE
- Previous experience with Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, etc)
- Organized, multitasking and highly detail-oriented
- Great communication skills
- Ability to constructively work both independently and in collaborative environments involving all levels of management and employees
