Description of domain/function:As Domain Procurement Controller, you will combine financial controlling and business partnering with target and performance steering, management reporting and strategic finance topics. You will work closely with procurement management, sourcers, Central Controlling and our shareholders.
Your responsibilities
Performance Controlling – Review and validate sourcing project financials and challenge and support sourcers of your Domain in the Demand Plan process
Target & KPI Steering – Partner with SVP and VP on target setting, KPI achievement and identification of key performance drivers
Management & Shareholder Reporting – In collaboration with Central Controlling, deliver analyses and insights for CEO/CFO and shareholders (Deutsche Telekom & Orange)
Strategic Finance & Group Projects – Contribute to change management in Procurement (Proceed and Phenix consulting initiatives from the shareholder groups) and harmonize finance methodologies and approaches
Process Improvement & Automation – Standardization, digitization and automation (usage of AI) of finance processes, analytics and reporting
Additional Finance Business Partner responsibility
TC@P Enabling Function – Act as Finance Business Partner for TC@P, ensuring financial transparency and supporting performance and financial steering
Your profile
Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field
At least 5 or 10 years’ experience in controlling, finance business partnering or performance management
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into clear management insights
Confident business partner with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong Excel and data analytics skills; Thinkcell and Power BI experience is a plus
Structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset with an interest in automation and process improvement
