What You'll Do
Work within Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) ecosystem to input, maintain, and execute contract actions
Assist with reviewing, redlining, negotiating, and executing vendor contracts with a heavy focus on indirect services, especially consulting agreements
Develop, coordinate, formalize, and prepare contract documents with precision and accuracy
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to move requests to completion
Purchase materials, services, and supplies, including managing requests and continuously improving the procurement and request processes
Help identify and pursue opportunities to improve cost or contract terms for goods and services procured by the organization
Support and update internal customers on procurement requests and their timely completion
Follow purchasing service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records, actively facilitating the purchasing request workload and prioritizing accordingly
Adhere to procurement guidelines and organizational policies
Work closely with the Procurement team to identify practice improvement opportunities, log those opportunities, and aid in the efforts to implement those changes
Work closely with the Legal and Information Security teams to evaluate potential suppliers as well as assess the continued use of current suppliers

What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field*
Basic understanding of procurement processes and contract terminology
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with procurement software
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and professional demeanor
Must be authorized to work in the United States
It's a Plus if You Have:
1+ years of relevant work experience in business, procurement, and contracting - including review and redlining contract agreements
Non-for-profit procurement experience
Project Management skills
Experience awarding and managing consulting agreements
Demonstrated experience in developing, understanding, redlining, negotiating, and contracting for indirect services
Experience evaluating suppliers for adherence to confidentiality, data security, and regulatory standards
Experience with Workday Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
*Additional years of relevant experience or a combination of an Associate’s degree or equivalent and relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
