Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Procurement Business Partner to join our Global Procurement organization and be based at our Petah Tikva site.

In this role, you will lead and support strategic sourcing and procurement activities across a broad range of technology and services categories, with a primary focus on software, SaaS, OEM technologies, cloud services, consulting services, managed services, outsourced services, engineering tools, technology solutions and selected hardware.

You will support business and technology initiatives from early requirements and solution evaluation through supplier selection, commercial negotiation, contracting and ongoing supplier management.

This is a highly collaborative and execution-oriented role, combining strategic sourcing, technology and services procurement, commercial negotiations and supplier management, with strong ownership of cost, commercial terms, contractual flexibility, scalability, service quality and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sourcing and procurement activities across technology and services categories, including software, SaaS, cloud services, OEM software and technologies, consulting services, professional services, managed services, outsourced services, engineering and development tools, technology platforms and selected hardware.
  • Support business and technology initiatives from early-stage requirements and solution evaluation through supplier selection, negotiation and contracting.
  • Manage RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluations, commercial analysis and supplier selection.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations covering pricing, licensing models, subscription structures, usage rights, volume and consumption models, minimum commitments, renewals, payment terms and long-term agreements.
  • Negotiate OEM, embedded and third-party technology agreements where external technology is incorporated into company products and solutions.
  • Lead sourcing and commercial negotiations for consulting, outsourced and managed-service engagements, including rate structures, Statements of Work, deliverables, service levels, resource models, scalability and commercial commitments.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders and Legal on commercial and contractual matters, including licensing rights, IP considerations, usage restrictions, support terms, SLAs, liability, termination conditions and supplier obligations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic technology and service suppliers.
  • Continuously identify new suppliers, technologies, service providers and commercial alternatives that can improve cost, flexibility, innovation and business continuity.
  • Drive cost optimization, TCO and commercial improvement initiatives across technology and services spend.
  • Support Build-vs-Buy, Make-vs-Buy and Outsource-vs-Insource evaluations where relevant, providing commercial and supplier-market insights.
  • Monitor supplier agreements, renewals, commercial commitments, service levels and supplier performance to identify negotiation and optimization opportunities.
  • Drive supplier, technology and service-provider consolidation where it creates commercial or operational value.
  • Understand market trends, technology developments and supplier ecosystems in order to support future sourcing requirements.
  • Use procurement, ERP, analytics and BI tools to improve spend visibility, decision-making and procurement processes.
  • Promote automation, analytics and AI-based tools to simplify transactional work and increase focus on strategic sourcing and commercial activities.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Procurement, Technology Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Procurement Business Partner roles within a global technology environment.
  • Strong experience sourcing and negotiating software, SaaS, cloud services, technology platforms and complex licensing agreements.
  • Proven experience sourcing and negotiating consulting services, professional services, managed services and outsourced service agreements.
  • Experience with OEM software, embedded technologies or third-party technology incorporated into commercial products is a strong advantage.
  • Good understanding of software licensing models, SaaS commercial structures and technology vendor engagements.
  • Good understanding of commercial models for services, including T&M, fixed-price, retainer, milestone-based and managed-service models.
  • Strong commercial and contractual negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies and commercial models.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to operate independently, take ownership and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience with NS ERP, Zip and Qlik – An advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management
  • Fluent Hebrew and English, written and verbal.

Skills Required

  • 7+ years of experience in direct procurement, technology procurement, or strategic sourcing within a technology or manufacturing environment
  • Experience sourcing electronic and electromechanical components, PCB/PCBA, mechanical parts, machining, cables, and contract manufacturing or EMS services
  • Experience working with Engineering and NPI teams throughout product development and industrialization
  • Strong commercial and contractual negotiation capabilities, including experience managing significant supplier spend
  • Experience in supplier selection, supplier management, cost reduction, and value engineering
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM structures, ECO processes, lead times, and supply-chain constraints
  • Ability to operate independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technology environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence Engineering, Operations, Finance, and suppliers
  • Experience with ERP, procurement, and BI systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English, written and verbal
