Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Procurement Agent Level (2/3) and/or Senior Level (4) to join our Sourcing team in Everett, WA.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication/organizational skills and a strong desire to learn and solve complex problems with creative solutions. Come join the Supply Chain Sourcing team to be a driving factor for how our commercial airplanes are and will be built in the future!
Primary duties include managing relationships with external companies and internal stakeholders, supporting source evaluation/selection, drafting legal documents, negotiating pricing, and terms and conditions. This individual will be the primary contact with the suppliers and internal stakeholders and will execute and maintain contracts within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures.
Position Responsibilities:
- Source new parts and new suppliers for parts
- Manage internal business proposals for supplier selections
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract needs and specifications
- Evaluate proposals and supplier capability
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve the best value for the organization
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement procedures and ensure alignment with organization goals
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes
- 3+ years of experience in project management with multiple stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience drafting contracts or legal documents
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field
- Experience presenting for executive leadership awareness and approval
- Negotiation experience

Summary pay range:
Level 2: $74,800 - $101,200
Level 3: $94,350 - $127,650
Level 4: $118,150 - $159, 850
