Join our Engine Management team and make a measurable difference on program success.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement and supply-chain strategies for engine programs.
- Manage supplier technical performance, qualifications, and non-conformance resolution.
- Partner closely with Program teams and the engine company to align priorities, resolve technical and schedule issues, and support production/readiness activities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure production readiness and resolve supplier-related technical issues.
- Identify and mitigate supply-chain risks (capacity, single source, obsolescence); maintain forecasts and supplier scorecards.
- Mentor junior staff and lead cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives that deliver measurable impact.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in a supply chain, procurement or related field
- 3+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
- 3+ years of experience functioning in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Masters Degree
- Experience with the Production Readiness Assessment (PRA) process
- Experience in contract negotiations and/or pricing
- Experience applying critical thinking to understand inter-relationships of business decisions
- Experience with Project Management
- Experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills

Summary pay range:
Level 4:$110,500 - $149,500
Level 5: $138,550 - $187,450
