Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Procurement Agent to join our Supply Chain India team in Everett, Washington.
We are looking for qualified candidates with a supply chain background who are ready to manage suppliers throughout the world. As an Operations Procurement Agent, you will manage complex work packages in a fast paced and multifaceted environment.
You will be joining a team dedicated to creating a culture focused on empowerment, accountability and trust, with a dynamic work statement that provides an environment to learn quickly and develop skills to carry you through your career at Boeing. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver world-class products in support of our airline customers and the flying public.
Our teams are currently hiring an Associate (Level 2) or Mid-Level (Level 3) Procurement Agent.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
  • Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
  • Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
  • Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
  • 2+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • 2+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
  • Domestic and international travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
  • Level 3: 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree
  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office products
  • 5+ years of experience with ERP systems such as ERPLN and/or SAP

Summary pay range (Level 2): $ 80,170 - $ 101,200
Summary pay range (Level 3): $ 94,350 - $127,650
