Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Experienced or Senior Procurement Agent to join the Fabrication - Electrical Wiring & Integration Team in Everett, Washington.
In this position you will support the Wire Bundle category and be located in Everett while working in a team split between our Everett and Charleston sites. This role will require you to integrate and partner with BCA Contracts, Category Management, Engineering, and Fabrication teams.
The ideal candidate will have a background in wire bundle or electrical component categories, experience in Supply Chain Operations, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while collaborating effectively with business partners as part of an integrated team. In this role you will drive performance improvements across the Supply Chain-eliminating shortages to the Boeing Fabrication production system and contributing to the broader Boeing production flow from Fabrication to the end customer. You will lead change, inspire suppliers and Supply Chain teams that provide diverse parts and assemblies to our global Fabrication Divisions, and help connect the external supply chain to Boeing Fabrication and Airplane Programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators
- Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
- Communicates critical initiatives, projects or procurement activities
- Develops and implements plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies
- Leads cross-functional process management activities
- Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs
- Analyzes supplier and business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities and incorporate into strategies
- Acts as primary point of contact between External Supply Chain and BCA Fabrication Business Units
- Integrates with Fabrication Manufacturing Business Units and Supply Chain Core to address any help needed
- Metric/data tracking - daily external shortage summary
- Support supplier recovery actions and complete shortage reduction strategies
- Prepare executive presentations
- Support and or lead rate readiness actions
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work in Everett, Washington.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
- 3+ years of experience with analytics and/or project management processes
- 3+ years of experience in working with cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Willing to Travel Domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
- 3+ years of experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively and communicating with internal and external partners
- 3+ years of experience reporting status to senior and executive leadership
- 3+ years of experience in a role that requires project management skills
- 1+ years of experience working supplier recovery with multi-functional teams

Experienced (Level 3): $94,350 - $127,650
Senior (Level 4): $118,150 - $159,850
