Job Description
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Procurement Agents (Levels 2 ,3 or 4) to join the In-Service Supply Chain team located in Everett, WA.
The ideal candidate will provide strategic and operational supply chain support to both external partners and internal stakeholders. Within BCA, Procurement Agents manage a complex global supplier network that supplies critical components for Boeing's commercial aircraft. The In-Service Supplier Performance organization specifically focuses on oversight of supplier proprietary parts across all commodities. They interface directly with suppliers and airline customers to enforce product-support contract requirements, strengthen aftermarket supplier support, and increase fleet reliability and operational effectiveness for customers.
This position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution. The successful candidate will be results-driven, experienced in managing supplier recoveries, and proactive in identifying process improvements to support the One Boeing Supply Chain vision. Key responsibilities include standard supply chain management tasks, data analysis, forecasting, resolving supply-demand issues, and other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:
- Manage, evaluate, and drive overall supplier performance to meet established expectations
- Monitor and report key supplier performance metrics to execute accountability, support continuous improvement, and facilitate corrective actions
- Provide clear direction and guidance to suppliers; enforcing compliance with contractual and operational requirements
- Prepare, lead, and facilitate recurring structured supplier performance reviews
- Proactively identify and evaluate supplier-related risks and opportunities; partner with suppliers to develop, implement, and execute successful mitigation and improvement plans
- Collaborate across enterprise supply chain, internal teams, and external partners, leveraging standard methodologies and tools to enhance supplier performance in support of program and customer needs
- Lead root-cause analysis and manage corrective and preventive actions with suppliers; oversee contested warranty claims and related resolution activities
- Manage airline customer escalations; acting as the primary liaison between operators, suppliers, and internal teams for non-performance or disputed issues
- Communicate timely, actionable performance-to-plan updates to leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and customers using clear, concise verbal and written communication
- Develop and sustain strong professional relationships across the supply base, with customers, and among enterprise stakeholders
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- 1+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
- 1+ years of experience interacting with customers (both internal and external), at all levels, on a one-on-one basis and in group settings
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally, as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5 + years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years managing supplier quality and delivery performance
- 5+ years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent work or military experience. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is preferred.

Summary Pay Range:
Level 2 - $80,170- $92,000
Level 3 - $94,000- $116,000
Level 4 - $118,000 - $146,000
