Aviagen Anadolu is looking for a highly driven and qualified candidate to fit in the position of Procurement and Administrative Affairs Specialist. Reporting to Procurement and Administrative Affairs Manager, this role will manage the procurement process of goods and services in a timely, cost-effective manner as well as support the establishment & optimization of procurement methodology, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements and contributing to administrative affairs activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of sourcing strategies, supply chain efficiency and the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.Job Description:
- Actively manage and support end-to-end procurement activities, from purchase requisition to purchase order issuance and delivery follow-up.
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure best value, quality, and delivery terms.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any quality or delivery issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with procurement strategies.
- Analyze purchasing data and spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate standards in all purchasing activities.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and order history.
- Prepare procurement reports, spend analyses, and supplier performance evaluations.
- Support procurement audits, budget preparations and reporting processes.
- Participate in procurement process improvement projects and efficiency initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with the Administration team and provide support in administrative operations to ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day business activities.
- Manage contracts and supplier relationships for indirect procurement categories (cleaning, security, catering, transportation, office supplies, etc.).
- Monitor service providers' performance and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain company assets, office equipment, and inventory records.
Specific Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in procurement
- Experience in ERP system is an asset
- Experienced in establishing systems and processes, sourcing best practices
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or engineering
- Stakeholder management experience including suppliers

Skills Required
- 2-5 years of experience in procurement
