Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Specialist
Primary Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including procurement, invoicing, and payments.
- Experience with P2P platforms such as Zip, Coupa, Ariba, or Netsuite Procurement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, procurement, and IT teams.
- Knowledge of procurement compliance and best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Zip experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Job requirements
- We are looking for a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Specialist with expertise in stabilizing and enhancing P2P processes within Zip and other procurement platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of procurement workflows, supplier management, invoicing, and automation, with Zip experience as a nice-to-have. This role focuses on process optimization, issue resolution, and system enhancements to drive efficiency and compliance in procurement operations.
- Lead P2P stabilization initiatives to improve procurement processes, approvals, and payment workflows.
- Analyze and identify gaps in current P2P processes and recommend optimizations.
- Work with business users to define requirements for process enhancements and automation.
- Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to implement improvements in Zip and other P2P platforms.
- Provide troubleshooting support and resolve procurement-related system issues.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, audit requirements, and industry best practices.
- Develop training materials and conduct user training on new enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
