- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Coupa Specialist
- Location: Remote in USA/ Canada
- Duration: Long term
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Coupa Specialist who also has hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Coupa P2P functionality, ensuring seamless procurement operations, and working closely with legal, procurement, and sourcing teams to optimize the end-to-end contract lifecycle.
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) – Coupa
- Configure, maintain, and support the Coupa platform including requisitions, approvals, purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier enablement.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and AP teams to ensure streamlined and compliant P2P processes.
- Lead issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives across P2P workflows.
- Manage system updates, integrations (e.g., ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP), and new feature rollouts.
- Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and provide end-user support.
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Work with Legal and Procurement teams to support contract authoring, review, negotiation, approvals, and renewals.
- Map CLM processes to tools (e.g., Coupa CLM, DocuSign CLM, Conga, or others).
- Ensure visibility into key contract terms, obligations, expirations, and compliance controls.
- Help define templates, clause libraries, workflows, and metadata tagging strategies for CLM.
- Coupa Certification (P2P and/or CLM) is a plus.
- Experience in regulated industries (Tech, Pharma, Financial Services) is a plus.
- Exposure to SOX, GDPR, or internal audit compliance in the context of procurement or contracts
