We are now looking for a Processing Operative at our Ocker Hill Factory in Tipton, UK, to join our passionate team and help us shape the future of food beverages.

In this role, you will:

- Unpack and decant ingredients for production, recording the correct traceability codes and ensuring all materials are correctly labelled and accounted for.

- Produce a variety of sauces, including BBQ, salsas, condiments, curries and speciality blends, by accurately mixing ingredients, and perform quality checks on finished products, documenting results and reporting any abnormalities to senior team members.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the process area, carrying out 'clean as you go' (CAYG) practices and supporting the Kitchen Supervisor and Team Leader with hygiene schedules and waste management.

- Operate in full compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and Health and Safety, adhering to PPE guidelines and promptly reporting issues.

- Communicate clearly and professionally with your team, contribute to briefings, and actively support team goals - including optimising processing performance and upholding world-class production standards.

Your key ingredients:

You're a hands-on, reliable team player who takes pride in a job well done, and love that no two days are the same. You thrive in a fast-paced production environment, bring a positive attitude to every shift, and understand that consistent quality and safety are non-negotiable.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining high standards across your production zone.

- Good numerical, reading and information recording skills - you're confident completing paperwork accurately and responsibly.

- Strong communication and listening skills - you relay instructions clearly, engage constructively with colleagues, and raise concerns in a professional manner.

- A proactive approach to health, safety and hygiene - you understand the importance of PPE, risk awareness and always maintaining a clean working environment.
