Job Description Summary :
Act in coordination with all relevant units (Production, Quality, Process Development and Maintenance), plan and organize equipment and resource improvement works. Work in coordination with the relevant departments to make improvements in equipment and layouts.
Support the industrialization of new products.
Identify and correct process deviations that affect product quality or efficiency.
Participate in process optimization activities (cycle time, ergonomics, material flow). Support process engineers in developing and implementing new sewing processes and layouts.
Conduct process trials and capability studies (Cp, Cpk) to validate new setups.
Assist in the creation and updating of process documentation (work instructions, control sheets, setup sheets).
Improve and follow up NVA activities in COVER operations.
Required Profile :
Strong technical knowledge of industrial sewing machines, threads, and materials.
Familiarity with quality systems and root-cause analysis methods.
Good communication and leadership skills to drive change on the shop floor.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused.
Ability to work cross-functionally with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
Technician profile with solid experience in automotive industry (COVER SEWING & CUTTING).
2 years min in a similar position.
