Roles/Responsibilities/Qualifications

  • IE/Station Designer/Production Experiences to engineer and optimize GA Workstations (Operator, Material, Tooling, Torque Tool, ICT Interfaces – Holistic Workstation Approach)
  • Workstation Quality Audit Experiences
  • Team Building and People Skills – Pull key stakeholders together on a regular basis to plan and design workstations
  • Issue Identifications and Closure – collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify workstation related issues in RMS (Readiness Management System) and resolve and track them
  • Change Management – Manage and document changes related to scroll update after scroll freeze
  • Logistics/Material Display Experiences to integrate into workstation engineering
  • Understand Operator Foot Print and Interface with PFS (Performance Feedback System)
  • GA Launch Experiences from Scroll Development and Workstation Optimization Perspectives
  • Excellent Project Management Skills

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • Ability to work any shift and required overtime in a unionized, high‑volume plant environment
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
