WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Perform all tasks associated with the GMP manufacturing of cellular products following batch records, tech transfer protocols, validation protocols and SOPs
- Assist in set-up, testing, and qualification of manufacturing areas and equipment/fixtures.
- Work with the Manufacturing team to execute GMP runs in close collaboration with Process Development, MSAT and Quality
- Demonstrates excellent aseptic/sterile techniques
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation following GMP principles, including following production batch records, SOPs and other documentation
- Perform equipment and process qualification activities Perform in-process product testing in accordance with standard procedures
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific field. 2+ years of experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry in a manufacturing role
- Experience in clinical scale cell processing (such as Miltenyi CliniMACS/Prodigy and equivalent platforms) desired
- Experience in applying techniques learned from prior Cell Therapy experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
- Ability to quickly learn new skills and knowledge on the job, demonstrate productivity,
- and deliver high-quality results
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to multitask as needed in a start-up environment
Skills Required
