Summary:
As a Process and Manufacturing Engineer, a typical day involves designing and refining industrial processes that integrate chemical, thermal, and mechanical principles. The role encompasses overseeing the entire lifecycle of these processes from initial concept development to final commissioning. This includes ensuring that operations are conducted safely and efficiently while meeting all regulatory and compliance standards. The engineer works on specifying appropriate equipment, performing thorough risk assessments, and addressing any process-related challenges. Additionally, the role focuses on enhancing manufacturing workflows, tools, and quality benchmarks to support consistent, cost-effective production that aligns with the broader goals of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SD-WAN Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture and design principles related to software-defined wide area networks.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues within SD-WAN environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize network performance to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Familiarity with configuring and managing network security protocols in SD-WAN solutions.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate SD-WAN technologies into broader infrastructure.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SD-WAN Implementation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
