Summary:
As a Process and Manufacturing Engineer, a typical day involves designing and refining industrial processes that may include chemical, thermal, or mechanical systems. The role requires overseeing these processes from initial concept stages through to commissioning, ensuring that operations are conducted safely and efficiently while meeting compliance standards. The engineer works on specifying appropriate equipment, performing thorough risk assessments, and addressing any process-related challenges that arise. Additionally, the role focuses on enhancing manufacturing workflows, tools, and quality benchmarks to support consistent, cost-effective production that aligns with the overall project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify areas for enhancement and ensure operational excellence.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the process lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SD-WAN Operations.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex process issues effectively.
- Ability to conduct detailed risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Experience in process optimization techniques to improve manufacturing workflows and quality.
- Familiarity with industrial equipment specification and commissioning procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing within teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SD-WAN Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
