  • Influence and partner with global SMEs to gather requirements, align on priorities, and drive initiatives forward.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to foster understanding, alignment, and buy-in for timekeeping initiatives.
  • Define functional requirements, validate system configurations, and ensure operational processes align with technology solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to support effective end-user adoption of timekeeping systems.
  • Provide process designs to support change impact mapping, communication strategies, training plans, and adoption activities.
  • Create operational playbooks and comprehensive handover documentation for steady-state teams to ensure long-term sustainability.

Experience and Education Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of timekeeping systems and their integration with broader organizational workflows.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to process optimization.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with process mapping (both global and local), developing Timekeeping Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and creating training content and plans.
