Your Impact
As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will:
- Analyze and Innovate: Evaluate workflows, collect data, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead Change: Design and implement solutions like process redesigns, automation, and technology upgrades while gaining buy-in from key stakeholders.
- Champion Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with our Service Manager to continuously elevate customer experiences.
- Support Excellence: Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
- Communicate Effectively: Maintain open, transparent communication with leadership to share progress, challenges, and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Education: B.S. in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in process improvement, business process reengineering, or similar roles.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, customer service, and communication abilities.
- Tech-Savviness: Comfort with leveraging technology to streamline workflows.
- Independence: Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel regularly and adapt to various environments.
Physical Requirements
- Comfortable working on computers for extended periods.
- Ability to travel frequently and navigate diverse physical environments, including factory floors and client offices.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
