Your Impact

As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will:

  • Analyze and Innovate: Evaluate workflows, collect data, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead Change: Design and implement solutions like process redesigns, automation, and technology upgrades while gaining buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • Champion Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with our Service Manager to continuously elevate customer experiences.
  • Support Excellence: Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain open, transparent communication with leadership to share progress, challenges, and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Education: B.S. in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in process improvement, business process reengineering, or similar roles.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, customer service, and communication abilities.
  • Tech-Savviness: Comfort with leveraging technology to streamline workflows.
  • Independence: Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel regularly and adapt to various environments.

Physical Requirements

  • Comfortable working on computers for extended periods.
  • Ability to travel frequently and navigate diverse physical environments, including factory floors and client offices.
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
