* Proven expertise in Lean methodologies, value stream mapping, and end-to-end process re-engineering within complex business environments
* Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and drive consensus across multiple teams
* Experience within compliance learning environments is highly desirable; alternatively, experience in regulated manufacturing, GxP, or similarly controlled environments will be considered
