Job Description:
Planning and executing process improvement projects.
• Maintain Advansys quality management system to ensure that all processes are in accordance with
international standards.
• Create processes, Flows, SOPs, and Work instruction and guidelines documents.
• Maintain and update all process-related documents and handles change requests.
• Audits different process areas with process owners to monitor conformance with QA standards and
procedures.
• Generate Audit Reports, share them with the departments concerned, and follow up on the actions.
• Report the areas of improvement based on the audit results, operational excellence projects, and
survey results.
• Implement customer satisfaction calls and communicate surveys, collect feedback, and share it with
concerned parties.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis sessions & follow up on the actions.
• Promote process improvement & operational excellence culture
Requirements
• Education: bachelor's degree
• Years of experience: 2+
• Specific Technical & Practical Knowledge: Statistics
• Business, Market & Industry Knowledge: ISO 9001:2015, root cause analysis tools are plus,
• Experience with Ecovadis - Audit, SW lifecycle, CSS and RCA.
