Process Excellence Specialist
(Position is temporary for 1 year)
We are looking for a Process Excellence Specialist to join the GCN Strategy & Transformation department, reporting to the Manager of Process Excellence & Analytics. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the successful execution of vendor migration for Private Label Card (PLC) operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating tasks across multiple stakeholders within the defined scope, creating and maintaining process maps and documentation, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement for specific scope, driving process improvements and supporting continuous enhancements.
As part of the Process Excellence team, you’ll have the opportunity to refine how things are done, introducing new ways of working, potentially leveraging innovative technologies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Process Excellence Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Conducting process mapping and analysis within the defined operational scope, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

Gathering and validating requirements for changes to existing processes, workflows, and operations within the Customer Service domain.

Managing stakeholders and coordinating efforts with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from Customer Service.

Designing future-state processes that align with business needs and project requirements. Preparing process documentation using relevant tools to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and creating knowledge management resources for the project scope.

Facilitating onboarding and training activities related to Customer Service operations within the project’s scope.

Providing support to Customer Service operations during the hyper-care phase of the project, if required.
REQUIRMENTS:
-
Education in business management, project management, information technology, business analysis, or a related field will be considered an advantage.

Experience in process management and working with process mapping tools like Visio, Draw.io, Miro, LucidChart and similar.

Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written) to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.

Strong analytical thinking abilities, preferably expertise in process mapping and developing detailed documentation.

capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Problem-solving skills to identify and address issues during process investigation, documentation, and analysis.

Ability to coordinate and energize stakeholders, motivating them throughout the process analysis and documentation phases.

A proactive approach to introducing and fostering a culture of change and continuous improvement.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and establish strong relationships across diverse stakeholders.
