Main tasks:
- This role will be key in standardizing operations, tracking performance indicators, and ensuring the integration of core financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) across the LATAM Shared Services model, in alignment with global hubs and local stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives for mapping, documenting, and optimizing CSS LATAM processes.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and productivity metrics, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional targets.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Structure and track governance routines, leadership forums, and action plans.
- Support transition and transformation projects (e.g., onboarding new countries, automations, migrations).
- Partner with IT and Transformation teams to identify digitalization and automation opportunities.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across LATAM operations, leveraging best practices and learnings from global hubs.
- Represent CSS LATAM in global forums, ensuring effective communication between hubs and local operations.
Other tasks:
- Create communication materials, executive presentations, and leadership updates.
Requirements:
- Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) and performance tools (dashboards, KPIs, analytics).
- Experience in Shared Services Centers, preferably in Finance.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and data visualization tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience in multinational corporate environments and transformation projects.
- Experience as Project Manager.
- Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a strong advantage).
