About the Role
We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our NPI team, responsible for supporting new product introduction processes, as well as stabilizing and improving existing manufacturing processes in a multidisciplinary production environment.
The role combines hands-on work with production, process leadership, and data-driven analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control process performance using production KPIs (e.g., FPY, yield), and lead proactive process improvements to ensure process stability and product performance.
- Analyze manufacturing and test data to identify trends (e.g., SPC).
- Provide ongoing production support and troubleshoot issues.
- Lead failure investigations (RCA) using standard methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone).
- Work across multiple cross-functional interfaces, including subcontractors and suppliers.
- Lead validation activities (V&V, IQ / OQ / PQ) for new manufacturing technologies, including process validation and risk assessment.
- Participate in product validation processes as part of the engineering team.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical / Materials / Electrical / Chemical or related field).
- 3+ years of experience as a Process / Manufacturing / NPI Engineer
- Experience in process performance monitoring and control
- Experience in leading failure analysis (RCA)
- Must have experience working with statistical tools for data analysis
- (e.g., JMP, Excel or similar tools)
- High level of English
Technical Skills
- Strong technical mindset with the ability to understand products and processes.
- Fast learner with the ability to handle complex systems.
- Experience with multidisciplinary products.
- (mechanics, electronics, software, plastics, ATE systems).
- Ability to interpret manufacturing and test data and translate it into root causes related to product or process issues.
Skills Required
- B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, Quality or similar)
- 3+ years of experience in Process, Manufacturing, or NPI Engineering
- Experience leading root cause analysis (RCA)
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Excel)
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience with multidisciplinary products (mechanics, electronics, software, plastics, ATE systems)
- Experience leading validation activities (V&V, IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Ability to translate data insights into real-world process improvements
