We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Field Process Engineer to be the Director of Industrial Engineering’s eyes, ears, and hands-on support. This is a collaborative role that will design, analyze, improve, and control processes and reliably turn inputs into great outputs—over and over again—at scale.
Who You Are
· Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
· 5 + years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or operations
· Strong understanding of process design, optimization, and control
· Experience with data analysis, SPC, and root cause analysis tools
· Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks
· A working knowledge of (and obsession with) tools, jigs, methods, and materials, from both the construction and manufacturing environments
· A working knowledge of (and obsession with) DFMA and experience providing constructive feedback up to design, engineering, manufacturing, and materials teams
· An excellent working knowledge of MS office suite, including professional use of excel with some VBA and power query, exposure to SolidWorks and SolidWorks Composer, exposure to Jira and Confluence, exposure to MS Project or project management software / tools / techniques
