MISSION:
- Develop and industrialize new and improved manufacturing processes to support product needs and industrial performance improvement.
- Provide technical expertise to plants to ensure processes are well mastered, stable, and continuously improved.
- Develop process skills and HQRI (People, Methods, Machines, Materials, including change management) of stakeholders involved in the process.
- Anticipate and support product and technology developments to ensure manufacturing readiness.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Processes are industrialized on time in line with the HQRi approach (a structured framework ensuring robust processes across people, methods, machines, and materials, supported by effective change management). Risks related to product quality, process stability, and industrial performance (R1, R2, R3) are proactively identified and effectively managed.
- Customer and business needs (product & industrial performance / SMQDCP) are translated into clear technical requirements, functional analysis, and process specifications.
- Change, operational, and industrial risks are covered through appropriate validation and quality plans, supported by capability analysis and variation reduction principles.
- Measurement and monitoring systems are integrated and validated, ensuring robust process control and performance tracking.
- Complete and accessible process documentation is delivered, including the Process Technical File (DTP) and supporting documents such as AMDEC (Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis), operating procedures, and maintenance plans.
- New technologies and process evolutions are anticipated, industrial impacts are assessed, and plant performance deviations are supported with effective, data-driven corrective actions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical) or related Sciences.
- Experienced in project management and comfortable handling cross-functional projects.
- 3+ years' experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, or quality engineering
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Self-directed, resourceful, with a positive attitude; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
