Inokom Corporation Sdn. Bhd.- Develop, improve, implement and evaluation of integrated systems of people, cost, knowledge, information, equipment, energy, material and process to create better management, low production costs and improve the quality of products.
- To liaise with Process Engineering, Production, Quality and Logistic team to ensure the volume and quality of the engine.
- To be responsible for engineering requirement to meet IATF 16949.
- To lead the process optimization of the engine assembly.
- To coordinate the system integration for new model or for any required engineering change.
- To ensure that tool inventory is updated and maintained through.
- To lead the Line Balancing implementation and Time Study Analysis (TSA) of engine assembly line.
- To coordinate the VPS and WO activity at plant.
- To perform any other task assigned by superior from time to time.
- To execute the General Duties of Employer under part IV Section 15 of Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA 1994) and Environmental Quality Act (EQA 1974).
Job Requirement:
- Basic degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering related areas essential.
- At least two years’ experience in Automotive Industry.
- Familiar with production cycle time, Engineering Specification & Tooling specification.
- Good negotiation skills, strategic planning, team orientation & team player.
