Foth is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Process Engineer who has a desire to contribute to our clients’ success and is looking for new learning experiences and opportunities for career growth. This position will be working out of our Green Bay, WI location.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with other project disciplines as required
- Develop equipment specifications
- Work with clients, vendors, and suppliers to develop cost estimates and provide input for proposals
- Create mass energy balances
- Design process and instrumentation drawings (P&IDs)
- Compile equipment lists, line lists, and POC lists
- Formulate operation specifications
- Work with designers to create drawings
- Write installation scope documents
- Support construction to include onsite and remote
- Lead checkout/start-up efforts associated with project work
- Coach and mentor others as required
- Ability to travel approximately 20% on average per year
Required Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering or equivalent technical experience
- 5+ years of professional experience
Required previous experience with the following:
- CIP system and fluid process
- Mechanical systems integration and design
- Sizing pumps and valves for process lines
- Utilities feeding process systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- PE registration or ability to obtain
- Experience utilizing 3D design tools (Plant 3D, VR, and 3D Scans)
- 10+ years of professional experience
