OUR TEAM
In the Quality Team, we ensure products consistently meet customer expectations by driving quality performance, strengthening manufacturing processes, and promoting Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW) best practices.
MISSION
In this role, you will:
1. Drive manufacturing quality performance: Ensure products are manufactured in compliance with quality standards, quality planning requirements, and Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW) best practices to achieve operational and customer satisfaction goals.
2. Monitor quality performance and resolve issues: Identify quality risks, manage product and process non-conformities, and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve manufacturing performance.
3. Promote continuous improvement and capability development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen quality processes, and develop operator competencies through coaching and knowledge sharing.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemical Engineeringฒ Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, process engineering, or industrial operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies
Good communication and teamwork skills
Business proficiency in Thai and English
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments
Knowledge of root cause analysis, quality tools, or Lean Manufacturing
Experience supporting shopfloor quality improvement initiatives
Skills Required
