What You'll Do
As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, innovation, and business growth within our Tyvek® manufacturing operations.
You will:
Own and continuously improve manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest standards in process safety, reliability, quality, and environmental compliance.
Provide daily technical support to production operations and help optimize line performance.
Identify, develop, and implement process and technology improvements that enhance productivity, efficiency, and sustainability.
Contribute to major capital investment (CAPEX) projects, including process design, engineering calculations, and technology implementation.
Lead and participate in Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) and risk management activities.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges.
Manage and maintain critical process technology documentation and standards.
Support the future evolution of Tyvek® technology through innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For
We're looking for curious, driven engineers who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree preferred in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Bachelor's degree with relevant industrial experience will also be considered.
Fluent in German and English.
Strong interest in manufacturing technology, industrial processes, and innovation.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and develop new technical competencies.
Self-starter with strong ownership, initiative, and accountability.
Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines and functions.
French and/or Luxembourgish language skills are a plus.
