We offer opportunities in our DuPont production plant in the Frankfurt/Rhein-Main-Area, Germany. The starting point of your career at DuPont is the DuPont Cyrel facility in Neu-Isenburg, Germany, with a focus on product sponsoring and quality and yield improvements.
Cyrel is a photopolymer printing plate product developed by DuPont for printing applications.
You will participate in projects that improve safety, product quality, and equipment or infrastructure.
The position is regular and full-time.

Your qualifications
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Engineering or related field.
Just graduated or with industry work experience.
Must have a strong work safety mindset and a deep sense for sustainability.
Must speak English fluently in conversations and must be excellent in writing.
Should speak and write German at a level to be able to lead a German-only speaking team.
A third European language would be highly beneficial.
Ability to code Python preferred.
Knowledge in programming PowerBI preferred.
Willingness to be on-call engineer for plant area support when required.
Effective communication and influence skills, with proven aptitude for inspiring, leading, and managing others, as well as building effective teams.
Strong technical and people skills, along with an elevated level of initiative and problem solving.
Capable of managing programs with high technical and market uncertainty.
