General Description-Role
Focuses on optimizing processes to ensure they are carried out efficiently, meeting quality standards, and reducing costs. Additionally, he works on resolving technical problems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Help identify opportunities for improvement in existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Continuously monitor production processes to ensure they are operating according to established standards.
- Assist in identifying and resolving technical problems that may arise during production.
- Collaborate in optimizing resources such as materials, work time, and production equipment.
- Prepare reports and technical documentation to support implemented improvements or resolved issues.
Requirements
- Mechatronic, Industrial Engineer or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Engineer.
- Knowledge of PLC and programming VB (preferred).
- Manufacturing methodologies Kaizen, 5S (preferred).
- Office Windows: Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, MS Teams, etc.
- Advanced English level (80%).
Skills Required
