The Role

Circ's flexible technology is powering the clean closet and helping the fashion industry make monumental strides toward a truly circular eco-economy.

We’ve pioneered a technology that can recycle polycotton — what the majority of our clothes are made of — into reusable fibers. In essence: our process takes textile waste and turns it into materials that your most beloved fashion labels can use for tomorrow’s clothes.

Circ is a registered B Corp Company, named one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies and a finalist in the Earthshot Prize. We’re unafraid to tackle the hardest challenges and we set ambitious goals that ensure our hard work will make the maximum impact.

Overview

Circ is looking for a self-driven and focused Process Engineer II who will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing processes to convert polycotton textile materials into high-quality reusable fibers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, efficiency, and sustainability of Circ’s technology. This position will be required to effectively track and communicate the findings from studies/trials performed in the manufacturing and innovation space.

What We Do

We’re on a mission to protect the planet from the cost of clothing. At Circ, we’ve created a technology system that returns clothes to the raw materials from which they were made. Again and again.

Brand partners like Patagonia, Marubeni, and Fashion For Good are joining us in our goal of turning wasteful fashion lines into renewable fashion circles. By 2030, we expect to have recycled 10 billion garments, represent 10% of the global apparel market, and to have saved more than 100 million trees.

As our ecology and economy grow evermore entwined, it is clear to us that the world already has all the clothing it needs to create all the clothing it will ever need.

Join us in threading together the future of circular fashion and eliminating our collective fashion footprint.
