As a subject matter expert, you will provide technical leadership to junior process engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide swing shift production support for Thin Film & Packaging manufacturing areas to achieve output and yield goals. Typical start time is 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm
  • Address product and process quality issues, provide guidance to production operators, and resolve issues in a timely manner. 
  • Perform engineering tests, conduct process improvement projects, and prepare technical written reports.  
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues, provide guidance to maintenance techs, and perform repairs and preventative maintenance as needed. 
  • Work with production supervisors and leads, reduce bottlenecks in the line, and provide back-up production coverage as needed. 
  • Ensure work instructions, drawings, logs, and records are accurate and up to date. 
  • Train and certify production operators using a hands-on training approach. 
Qualifications

MUST HAVE

  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

The annual base salary range for this position is $92,920 - $116,150. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
