About the Role
This position is that take responsible of new project launch and keep mass production project running well in process related.
What You Will Do
- Lead and coordinate initial product transfer, new product launch and all related technical projects implementation.
- Develop and prepare process flow, PFMEA and WI for all product assembly processes. Maintain & upgrade in accordance with customer and quality system requirement.
- Continuous process improvement through upgrade assembly technology and process implication.
- Develop and design / fabricate jig & fixtures and gages according to process requirement.
- Continuous to drive and lead to improve process performance to attain high first-pass yield, lower production scrap.
- Participates to implement and maintain ISO/TS16949 quality system.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing / Industry / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
- Experience: Five years or more experience in EMS Electronic manufacturing as Process/Equip Engineer. Be familiar with SMT and hand insertion process. Be a strong communicator and excellent team builder. Good experience in ISO/TS16949 quality system, lean manufacturing, new product launch.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience on process flow, PFMEA and control plan.
- Experience on automotive standard such as IATF16949, VDA and AIAG.
- Experience for SPC, DOE analysis ability.
- Experience for leading a new project in process side.
- Strong communication skill and good leadership, strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability for mechanical structure design and analysis.
