InGenesis is currently seeking a Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will analyze current business processes (company-wide), analyze and propose process efficiencies and improvements, prepare change management communications and develop/deliver client training and associated documentation. This position works to ensure requirements are met timely and leads the development and refinement of effective business process mapping and change management delivery in collaboration with employees, customers, and other stakeholders. This is a fully remote position.
This position is dependent on contract award.

Qualifications
- General Qualifications:
- Offer 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role, in any of the following areas: business analysis, process design, training or application support/development.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Experience with VMS applications preferred, including: Fieldglass, PeopleFluent, etc.
- Staffing industry knowledge and experience preferred.
- Willingness and aptitude to learn unfamiliar systems, and to stay informed of new technologies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with a variety of audiences.
- Extraordinary attention to detail.
- Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
- Must be comfortable with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial corporate culture and the standards and work ethic consistent with that environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Business Process Qualifications:
- Lead teams to critically examine, rethink, redesign and drive sustainable performance improvement, including increased efficiency, speed, and scalability.
- Identifying and solving problems to root cause through application of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Accountable for effective problem-solving techniques, and the design and management of performance improvement initiatives across the company.
- Professionally challenge current and/or traditional ways of thinking and lead new ways/approaches.
- Design detailed end-to-end business processes based on detailed understanding of process drivers and metrics.
- Prepare detailed workflow designs of ad-hoc processes.
- Analyze operational data and provide process to identify system/operational problems and solutions.
- Facilitate education and training of InGenesis staff on business process changes.
- Participate in cross-functional teams in enterprise IT systems improvement projects.
- Knowledge of process metrics, process testing, and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
- Change Management Qualifications:
- Lead change management activities focusing on creating and delivering effective communications and associated plan documentation.
- Design and develop training materials for employees, customers and suppliers.
- Deliver customized training sessions based on segment, process and audience.
- Research new training materials and supplies that might enhance our training procedures and provide value to our employees and clients.
- Responsible for creating and providing internal communication updates to keep stakeholders engaged.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills using phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools.
- Detailed-oriented and reliable, with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and quality standards.
