We are looking for you, located in Trier, Bonn or 100% remote in Germany as a
Process Consultant (m/f/d)
Your tasks are:
-
Support the Business Process Lifecycle (Design, Model, Execute, Monitor, and Optimize)
-
Central co-ordination of cross-functional process management projects
-
Conduct of organization and process analysis
-
Support of Change and stakeholder management
-
Support the alignment of process and IT strategies
-
Create, coordinate, and perform process training
You’ll bring in:
-
University degree (or comparable education) in Process Management and/or Project Management, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
-
You have a good understanding of processes and/or project management, plus a solid IT knowledge
-
Existing Process Management experience e.g., in Software Lifecycle Management, Requirements Management, Pragmatic Framework
-
Basic regulatory knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, MDR
-
Substantial and proven industry experience (preferably in the HealthCare IT / Medical Device domain)
-
Familiar with process management methodologies and practises
-
Experience with large-scale organizational change projects and knowledge of change management principles and
-
methodologies
-
Ability to influence others and work towards a common vision to achieve goals
-
Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization
-
Self-starter attitude, strong organizational & facilitation skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
-
Team player with excellent communication skills
-
A solid understanding of how people go through change processes
-
Strong analytical skills, highly organized, problem-solving mind-set, and hands-on approach
-
Focused on continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency
-
English verbal and written communication skills. German language is an asset
